Who Are We?

  
The Quad Cities Céilí Club
is a non-profit social and educational organization that was by Patricia Harrington Bade and husband Gerry Bade in January, 1998 for the purpose of preserving and promoting Irish social dancing known as Céilí and Set Dancing. It was incorporated in the State of Iowa in July, 2000.  It is open to anyone interested in this pursuit and membership fees are $12.00 per calendar year or $6.00 beginning in July. At present, the Club has about 35-40 members.  The Club sponsors several dances a year with live or taped music.  Céilí and set dance lessons are also available from Club members.  No partner or previous experience is necessary.  View our Purpose and Goals Statement and our Articles of Incorporation.
